2025 End of Year Newsletter

Dear Friends and Partners of United Grounds,

As the end of 2025 approaches, we want to pause and thank God for all that He has done through your prayers, giving, and support this past year. United Grounds has continued to see His faithfulness in Honduras — and it’s because of people like you who believe in our mission to empower communities, share the gospel, and raise up the next generation of leaders.

This year, we hosted three mission trips, taking nearly 75 people from across the U.S. to Honduras. Together, we came into contact with thousands of people—loving, praying for, and serving them in Jesus’ name. Through your generosity, we distributed food, toiletries, and toys, repaired homes, and shared the hope of the gospel throughout the villages.

At our two annual youth camps, we reached hundreds of at-risk youth, pouring into their lives through worship, teaching, and fellowship. We also spent time in the local hospital, praying for mothers and women in need and blessing them with care packages. On two separate trips, we were invited into a government-funded trade school, where we shared the gospel with over 1,000 students—doors that opened because of lasting relationships built in past years.

In San Luis Planes, our Mission Base continues to be a place of life and light. Pastor Miguel and his wife Damaris have faithfully served their community through youth events, discipleship gatherings, and outreach. We are honored to have them as part of the United Grounds family.

Through it all, God multiplied every seed sown—this year alone, over $20,000 was raised and sent directly to Honduras to fund youth camps, community projects, and outreach efforts. Every dollar has made an eternal impact.

❤️ A Story of Hope: Yasmin’s Journey

One of the most moving moments this year came when we met Yasmin, a 16-year-old girl battling kidney failure. Her family could not afford the medicine and vitamins she needed for treatment. Our team immediately responded—purchasing several weeks’ worth of medicine, visiting, praying, and comforting her and her mother.

As word spread, the group came together and raised nearly $1,000 more to help cover months of her medication. Recently, Yasmin shared incredible news—her mother is a positive match for a kidney donation, and they are praying to move forward with the transplant once the funding is in place.

🙌 Two Opportunities to Make an Eternal Impact

As we close out 2025, we’re believing together for two key needs:

1. Youth Camp 2026 – $10,000 Remaining

This January, our youth camp will again reach hundreds of at-risk students with the gospel. Your gift covers meals, transportation, materials, and ministry supplies for one of the most impactful weeks of the year.

2.Yasmin’s Kidney Transplant – $14,000 Goal

We’re standing with Yasmin and her family in faith to see her receive full healing. These funds go directly toward medical expenses, transportation, and recovery costs.
